The work I've been doing over the past 13 years with all of my clients has taught me the importance of showing people how to step into their own role of creating personal change. Those who have been the most successful have mastered the ability to take control of their minds and thereby control their habits, peace of mind, and health.
Now, in addition to the service I provide for you, I make it a point to show all of you exactly how to do this on your own.
I chose to recreate my business (formerly Via Healing Arts, Inc.) as Live & Learn because I saw that my successful clients learned best by living their changes; they didn't get better by reading about it, attending seminars, or watching someone else. They succeeded by doing it, and I've developed the process to help each unique client do what needs to be done. You can’t create success unless you take action. You can’t lose weight, quit smoking, develop abilities and talents or overcome obstacles unless you do something.
In other words, you can’t really learn new habits or skills, unless you live them, by taking action and practicing. What a concise formula! So what makes these products and services different from every other "self-help" vehicle is exactly that: a formula for living and learning that is measurable, demonstrable, and reliable.
